Feet and Hands Reflexology + Reiki

60 minute treatment

+ Reiki
+ hand, foot and ear reflexology massage
+ aromatherapy
+ 15 minute foot soak

A beautiful pairing to practice ancient healing techniques with an energetic boost. The reflex points in the hands, feet and ears give access to the entire body's systems, and structures. In this service you will experience stretching, massage, pressure points, essential oil support, hot towels and reiki flow leaving your whole body feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Morning or Afternoon Sessions

Morning Session begins with a 9:00am movement class and ends at 1:00pm

Afternoon Session begins with a 1:00pm movement class and ends at 5:00pm

You’re welcome to come and go, at any time of day,
these are suggested hours to enjoy each element of the experience.

The meditation/movement class is suitable for all skill levels.
Yoga, chi gong, and simple mindfulness techniques will be explored
during a 45 minute class.

If you wish to unplug or get creative, we encourage analogue modalities.
Enjoy the Jay Family library of art books for inspiration.
Bring a book to read, sketchpad, watercolors or whatever tools that nourish you.
Laptops are also welcome and we have wifi (No phone/work calls please!)
