Morning Session

Morning Session begins with a 9:00am movement class and ends at 1:00pm

You’re welcome to come and go, at any time of day,
these are suggested hours to enjoy each element of the experience.

The meditation/movement class is suitable for all skill levels. Yoga, chi gong, and simple mindfulness techniques will be explored during a 45 minute class.

If you wish to unplug or get creative, we encourage analogue modalities. Enjoy the Art J library of art books for inspiration. Bring a book to read, sketchpad, watercolors or whatever tools that nourish you. Laptops are also welcome and we have wifi (No phone/work calls please!)
