Good Day Retreat with 45 minute Chair Treatment

Held in our sun-lit common space in our recliner chairs, our signature acupuncture chair treatments offer a daily respite from the fray. Acupuncture, aromatherapy and a neck and shoulder massage are included in this treatment. Administered by one of our licensed therapists, guests receive individual attention in a communal environment.

If your treatment appointment time is between 10:00am - 12:30pm, your yoga class starts at 9:00am and you have access to the Golden Hour Creative Space between 10:00am - 1:00pm

If your treatment appointment time is between 2:00pm - 4:45pm, your yoga class starts at 1:00pm and you have access to the Golden Hour Creative Space between 2:00pm - 5:00pm
