Join us for a special night at Golden Hour honoring the autumnal equinox. We will be guided through a deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound bath by Meghan Ruttan while Ocean selects acupuncture points to help nourish the body and spirit for the change in season.

Sound Bath starts at 6 and ends with tea and community.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your spot. We will have a yoga mat and blanket for you, but please feel free to bring an eye pillow, head pillow, extra blankets or cushions to support you during the sound bath.
